Tray Brunner,

One operator lesson.
A useful short.

Tray, your guides translate AI into the work inside a business. I’d start with the agent-versus-skill distinction and make it visual through one ordinary weekly task, keeping the human decision in the story.

Your agent guide starts with one useful business job, then separates the agent’s role, skills and surrounding process. Source

The first useful agent

Before you build an agent, can you give it one useful job?
Name the weekly job

You introduce a fictional weekly business review: the information it receives and the decision it should help you make.

Separate the layers

Use three concise labels as you explain the agent’s role, the ability it needs and the process around it. Do not imply an agent is merely a saved prompt.

Show the owner’s check

End on the recommendation a person reviews and one question that tests whether the result is useful.

Proposed opening and edit structure. This is a concept, not a finished edit of your footage.

A small first test.
A clear way to work.

Send one clip and a reference you like. I’ll shape the edit around the idea, then we can review it together.

Your explanation of one guide, an approved fictional example and any screen capture you want used.

Can the viewer distinguish the role, the ability and the process, and say what the human still checks?

We’ll agree on the scope and delivery time before starting.
